Snowpark S.L. is currently being incorporated. This policy will be updated with the CIF and trade registry data once registration is complete.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect only your email address and language preference through the waitlist form on our website. We also log the IP address and browser user agent at the time of signup as proof of consent. We use this data to:

  • Notify you when Snowpark Barcelona opens.
  • Send you updates on the project's progress.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given through the affirmative action of entering your email and clicking the submit button (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data recipients

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (Railway Corporation, USA). Railway operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data retention

We will keep your email for as long as we send communications related to Snowpark Barcelona, or until you request deletion or unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to the processing of your data.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Request data portability.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.
